The third book from the four book series describes the phases of the front Czech developer and owner of PASSERINVEST GROUP – Radim Passer’s life. The book continues chronologically following the previous book that describes events from 2002 to 2005. Meanwhile the previous books were full of words of trust, joyful sharing of Christian values and hope that even through all the difficulties connected with his business, his life will still unfold under the guidance of God, in this book you will come to read about the pain of gradual decay of marriage accompanied by feelings of bitterness, injustice, self-denial, and helplessness over the loss of the happy childhood of their little son Radim, who was a precious and beloved blessing for the two parents after the death of their firstborn Maxi.
The author feels that this sad and inevitable reality is his life’s failure, with which he has a hard time coping with. He didn’t find peace in relationships he tried to have after his divorce with his wife, who despite all the promises and attempts for forgiveness continued her love affair.
A serious car accident, which he survived only with great luck and thanks to the help of a passing driver, also seriously affected his personal life. This event is perceived retrospectively as an extraordinary confession of God. Again he realises the value of life and gives his life to the Lord.
In his work life, on the contrary, he’s achieving one success after another. The company is celebrating 15 years of its existence. PASSERINVEST GROUP is completing the Gamma building and is entering into the largest rental contract in the company’s rental history. Furthermore the construction of the E building is being completed with the tenant of ČEZ, they are also completing the construction of the New Brumlovka and is concluding contracts with new tenants. There’s also an economically extremely effective sale in progress of the Gamma and E building. These successes were disrupted by disputes with Prague 4 municipal policies that unreasonably blocked the completion of the BBC and prevented the construction of the church, nursery and elementry schools, and the construction of the Philadelphia and Delta buildings. The author describes a corrupt environment when selling land and manipulated tenders. Though this in several cases meant a loss of chance for large projects in the Czech Republic and abroad, he refused to participate in ubiquitous corruption and is determined to continue to adhere to his principles of Christian business.
